I got a new Canon Rebel XS dslr and am trying to learn the new settings. These are a couple of the pictures that I have taken. I am going to do the "12 weeks to Better Photos" at Two Peas. The first lesson is on aperature.

Birthday Bash birthday card
My cousin's little boy turned 6 today. I have made his birthday card every year- my cousin looks forward to seeing what I will make each year. This year I took the shark from the Birthday Bash cartridge and replaced the 5 that goes with it with a 6. The postage stamp shaped card shape is also from Birthday Bash. The card was cut at 5.5 and the shark was cut at 4.25.
